We are thrilled to announce that FISH’s world premiere will be at the 39th BFI Flare: London LGBTQIA+ Film Festival, taking place 19-30 March at BFI Southbank!

It will be screened as part of the To Your Souls: Shorts from the UK & Ireland programme on 23rd March, 10:45am and on 26th March, 8:50pm.

Both screenings have now SOLD OUT. But stay tuned for announcements of where else you can catch FISH…

FISH follows Suzanna, a woman who comes out as bisexual a little late in the game… A usually confident woman is plunged into new experiences, feeling like she’s losing her virginity all over again, to then slowly discover her sense of self and how to wear it with ease.

The Story.

Where do the bisexuals fit?

FISH is a bildungsroman that investigates how for many people, bisexuality comes later. Even now, it’s usually safer and easier to pass as straight, but that of course takes its toll on someone’s identity. This is a celebration of our protagonist overcoming that, however destabilising the journey might be.

Why?
